Truck Won't Start

I'd been driving my truck all day, and on my way home I went to the grocery store. When I came back out to start my truck all I got was click. Nothing... All the fuses are good, and the starter was replaced 2yrs ago. All the starter wires are where they are supposed to be. I ran the trucks own diagnostic on the dash and no codes came up. My first thought was that the batteries were bad and since they were the originals (7 yrs and 150,000mi) I should replace them, so I did and... nothing same problem. Anyone have any suggestions?

From: North Carolina or Kentucky. Take your pick
Description leans toward contacts in stater solenoid. Very common problem with some reman units.

try giving the starter a few taps with a hammer or pipe, not recommended , but it may get you home. then as dozer said, get the contact upgrade.
