Truck started then died after 2 minutes
Started my truck this morning to let it warm up and It ran for about 2 minutes then it started to run rough and it just died. Everytime I would start it up it would just die again. It was -3 degrees F and I did have it plugged in overnight. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance for your help.

Could be the lift pump. Check fuel pressure if you can. Check the fuel filter, if its gelled, then you need an additive. However, its not very common to have fuel gelling anymore.
Have not used an additive for several yrs now.

Well finally was able to get the truck to start and move it into the sun for the afternoon. Put some diesel 911 in the tank and let it sit in the sun. Temps finally got up to 17*. Change the fuel filter didn't look bad. Truck is running again. Stuffed it into the garage with a heater going. We'll see how it runs tomorrow. Thanks for the help.
