Truck died and will not start, help!!
Hello everyone, new to the forums here! Well, a week ago I started my truck to go to work and six blocks away from the house it just died. I parked it gave it a couple of cranks but it did not start. I had it towed back home, did a fuel pressure test and the pressure from the pump was below 14 psi, so I changed the pump (inside the tank pump), I replaced the filter and also replaced the FCA. The truck is not throwing any codes! The truck has 175500+/-, It has a Edge Attitude, cai and exhaust done. What else can I test or replace without doing the injection pump or injectors yet?
I also checked all of the fuses.
2004 Dodge Ram 3500 5.9 Cummins, stick shift, quad cab, not 4X4.

Welcome to DTR! One of the first things I would do is isolate the Edge to make sure that isn't the culprit. If that doesn't get the truck started, the next thing i would look into doing is a compression check on the cylinders, although it sounds more of a fuel issue. These are just my thoughts. Some of the more experienced folks will hopefully follow up very soon.

Thanks for the replies! I disconnected the Edge completely and nothing! I am at a loss here... I was expecting more people to chime in but I guess I am in the wrong place.
Thanks 6.7L MegaCab and Lary Ellis!

Not sure if it's the same but, the fuel shutoff solenoid on my 12V will not open sometimes. I turn the ignition on and manually click solenoid and it fires right up.

UPDATE!! It has been a few days, I did a lot of reading and it paid off. This morning I went and disconnected the FCA and what do you know, the truck started right away! I was a little shaky and it puffed some black smoke but I turned it off connected the Edge and FCA and truck is like new. Thank you to the guys that responded to my initial post.
