trouble code

Have my new 06 truck hooked to the trailer and am ready to pull out for a coast to coast run early in the morning.
Went over to put my luggae ect in the truck and found the key had been left on and the batteries dead. Hooked the battery charger to it for 15 minutes or so and it started right up.
Now I have the check engine light on, i unhooked the battery cables for 1/2 hour reconnecte and light is still on (continues to stay on when running)
pulled a code of 2509

P2509 ECM/PCM Power Input Signal Intermittent

what to do ?

It could just be a stored code that's keeping the light on.
I've had that happen before, and 10 or 15 engine Start - Shut Down cycles and the light went out.

That's not a code I would worry about. Seems pretty clear that it was caused by the battery dying with the key on. Somebody with a scan tool can clear it, but it will go away after a few starts - 35 I think.
