trouble again

alight guys well i got it runnin. what was happening is that the lift pump was pumping to much fuel pressure before start up. What was causing this is that the ecm was telling it to pump to much. To much pressure causes some check ***** inside the lift pump to close the lines in turn not letting it start. So i can start it by unplugging the lift pump starting it up and then pluging it back in. I am going to go down to the cummins service center to get the ecm reflashed
