Transmission trouble

have a '02 cummins with 120,000km(@80,000miles) had a trans flush about 20,000km's ago now the transmision at around 3000rpm cant decide how or when to shift and can feel a sutle shimy trying to kick down. if i let of pedal it will shift no problam. any help would be great

yes at @ 3000rpm, under load or with out a load, it started a few weeks back with around 700lbs in the bed, and now again running slick, could it be a fuel lift pump problam since its spiting out a 0216 error code

i think i got a handle on it now, i think it was low pressure from lift pump was only 2psi, had i changed out on warranty.
