trans fluid leak?

trans fluid leak?
I noticed that I have a very slow leak (looks like a seal leak) where my rear drive shaft exits my transfer case. is this a seal and is it expensive to replace?

Seals a good place to start, no it's not expensive (in the scope of repair costs anyways), and yes, it's relatively an easy repair.
