Hello all,

I need a good place to send someone with a 99' CTD with an auto tranny. He says his tranny won't shift out of 1st gear sometimes.

He lives near me in Ocala, Florida but willing to travel a little for a good reputable shop.

He says he bought the truck used and has about 60K+ miles on it. And has had it serviced since buying it.

He uses the truck to pull a camper and is getting ready to go on a long camping trip but want's his tranny fixed before he goes, obviously.

Any help would be appreciated.
