windex and a new razor blade or if you can find it a small scraper like they use to remove inspection stickers

Razor blade and soapy water should take it off... you could use Mineral Spirits on a rag if there is a lot of adhesive left on the windshield... I use that for my base registration stickers....

I found Windex works great for disolving the glue. Reason why you only use soapy water to clean tinted windows as once the Windex gets under the tint, it will bubble and peel.

Just pull the tint film right off and then go back with windex and a razor blade scraper. Let the windex soak for a couple minutes..
