Thuren Track & Cross Bar Alignment

Help

At dealer now for a front end alignment. After having DW Multiple times I have installed Thuren Track and Cross bars. I have replaced all 4ea ball joints prior to this alignment. Service tech says that there is no way to set the camber and one side is way out. Caster is out also and should be able to be adjusted to proper settings. I gave then the specs off of this site for adjustments i required. I requested zero toe or as close to zero toe as possible without going negitive.
Question is there any way to correct the camber on the passenger side? Help before they are done.
Thank You
IC

You can adjust camber by getting special offset ball joints.

The camber on your axle would not be affected by the Thuren products, so the problem with the axle is likely the source of your wobble in the first place. This would have been a manufacturing defect, unless you have been pounding the truck and bent the axle.

I am a bit surprised your front end shop does not know about the offset joints for Jeeps and Dodges. They come in various degrees of inclination to solve this sort of problem. However, first check to be sure you housing is not sprung, because it can be easily bent back with a good machine.

Thanks

I did not know about the offset ball joints. I just replaced the originals with factory stock ones that have been modified to have grease zirks.
No pounding on the front end. have not had the time for off roading yet.
Thanks for the info. Where can the offset ball joints be purchased?
Thank You

Any front end shop will have them, as will Dodge, or NAPA, or just about anybody else that sells components for front axles.
