Thuren Track Bar? From Thuren? or from Lorenz with zinc coating?

To those with the Thuren track bar that you got direct from Thuren, how is it finished? do you have to power coat or paint it? or just just slap it on?

Lorenz also sell the Thuren track bar (that he gets from Thuren) but he zinc coats them first. Which way should I go? Are the benifits one way or the other?

thanks

that's not the question.
Zinc coating from Lorenz or no zinc coating directly from Thuren.

Bought one from City Truck and Auto Parts. Believe it was a MOOG, ball joint was about twice the size of the stock original. Bolted right on, didn't bother to paint it. $216.00 plus tax.

Moog doesn't even compare to Thuren's track bar. We're talking about little league and the majors.

My Thuren bar, which I bought from Defiant, came finished (black powder coat as far as I can tell). The heim joint is bare but appears to be zinc plated.

My bar came straight through Don. I just wiped it and sprayed it with black paint. Still looks good, even after coming off a couple times.

Bead blasted and powdered coated clear....

The raw look is all the rage these days....don't wait two or three years to catch on like most of y'all did with Thuren..
