Have you cracked an injector line and made sure your getting fuel to the injectors?
It sounds like a fuel problem..

put some fuel in it and call a dealer .....have it towed to their shop for warranty repair

Due to the high rail pressure " DO NOT CRACK AN INJECTOR LINE" as you can cause serious injury due to fuel pressure. If it's an 06 it should still be under warranty, call Dodge Customer Care and have them tow it to your nearest dealer for repair at no charge to you. Other wise just a quick question. Is your millage over 8-10K and if so have you ever changed the fuel filter. If not you might want to pick up a Fleetguard or Stratsphor filter and change it first to see if that cures the problem. If you buy from a truck stop filter is under $15 and 10 minutes to change, Dodge is $45 for filter and 1/2 labor to change, usually around $100 for filter change and not under warranty.

Was that a dealer-installed security system?
