smoking at idle

smoking at idle

noticed truck smoking at idle very light haze no real color , check oil its clean and at right level , fuel filter new 1,000 miles ago , air filter real dirty. will dirty air filter cause this .

I'd say its normal - you straight piped? Any restrictions in the exhaust?

With your boxes, you are presenting more timing and fuel - some of which is present at idle, and with no charge air to burn off what little surplus fuel you have - its gonna haze.
