NEED HELP 99 dodge p/u 2500,diesel
Every 4-5 times i start truck seatbelts
lockup and won't release till i pull #12 fuse for about 15-20 min.
won't go to dodge dealer the ones in my area don't have a clue, had too many bad exp. with them. have to go to inspection and without working seatbelts i won't pass.

 

Sounds like the seat belt control module needs to be replaced or has a poor connection.
Instead of pulling the fuse next time it locks up try pushing the door switch button repeatedly. You know the one on the front of the door jam that controls the dome light.
