Could use some help. Afraid to drive my truck. Downshifting from 3rd to 2nd, clutch pedal lost all resistance and went to the floor. Stick could not be gotten out of gear. Had to use brakes to stall engine. After a minute, restarted with clutch feeling "normal" and stick went into neutral. These events repeated four times, thankfully in a parking lot, every time I tried to change a gear. On 5th try everything was back to normal. Clutch pedal had normal feel and stick shifted as smooth as silk. This happened once before (6 months ago). My mechanic in WY said the clutch fork spring was broken but pieces were aligned and worked most of the time. In addition, at 120,000 miles the clutch was replaced including throwout and pilot bearings. Had not had any problems for 10,000 miles. Could anything beside another broken clutch fork spring cause the clutch to lock in the engaged position? I won't drive it until I know I can stop it. Am currently in an RV park in Tucson, AZ Thanks for any help you can give!

Fill in signature in the registration area , so we know what kind truck / mods your working with , like the brand of replacement clutch .
Have someone look under truck while someone is looking at linkage to see if there is movement [ with truck not running ] , also grab a hold of linkage to see if there is too much movement .
At least your in a warmer area .
