Removing harness plug from MAP sensor

Removing harness plug from MAP sensor

I tried removing this plug to no avail. I slid over the orange clip, but it wont budge.Of course there is all kinds of crap in the way. What else can I try to get this off? I want to clean the sensor.

slide the red clip over then push down the tab and pull . yes it's hard to see what your doing, just find that tab and it's all down hill from there
