rear wheel locked up

rear wheel locked up

my rear left wheel would not move. i took off the wheel and determined my brakes are stuck and i cant get the drum off. any help?

were u using the ebrake when it was cold out again?

it was not the ebrake. i backed the tension off with that starwheel and got it to let loose. thanks for the help.
