obviously you've not had the chance to carry on a conversation with an oscilloscope.

osocilloscope readings

thanks for everyone who has commented. the web site is www.tucholika.pl/diagnostvka/vp44/vp-44.htm.......
My scope readings look something similar but with a ( LOAD) of some sort embedded in the readings.
With a bad voltage coming out of the PDC.
would have been very good of the dollarsship to have been able to figure it out under warranty. But the diesel mech told me that 130 out of the 235 "was about right".

VP-44 diagnostics.
Tucholika doesn't translate to anything. It's just a web addy.
Me thinks the language is slavic. Czech or at least in that region.

My vote is for Czech, as many VP's are rebuilt there.
