Pickup won't start!

My pickup has been sitting for 2 weeks because it had a flat tire and I didn't have time to fix it. I got the tire fixed this morning, and went to start it, and the batteries were dead. Well, the batteries were weak already, so I just went to get some new ones, and put them in, and it still won't start! It won't even turn over or click. The new batteries are charged and good. It acts like it does when you try to start it without pushing the clutch in. I can hear the relays clicking, but nothing else. I checked the clutch switch and it's working right...anyone have any other ideas?

TIA
Rat

Well, my step-dad tried to jump start it the other day, and I imagine he might have blown the fuse somehow. I have an extra starter sitting around though so it shouldnt be a big problem.
Thanks again!!!
