Try local junkyards. car-part.com would also be worth checking.

What is it doing?

PCM very rarely is a problem with a 12V.

PCM will not prevent it from starting on a 12V.

I've known several people whose dealer told them they needed a new PCM.
Not even one new PCM fixed the problems.
All the problems were related to a bad connection at the PCM.

The dealer "mechanics" are totally lost nowdays when the computer doesn't tell them what's wrong with a vehicle so they blame it on the computer.

As said the 12 valve PCM is pretty stout, has internal circuit breakers to protect it and rarely fails.
The people I knew who ended up with two good PCMs bought the new one from junkyards or Napa. The year and tranny type have to match and the new PCM sometimes must be programed by the dealer.

Find a good automotive electric specialist, not the dealer and save your money.
