pac-brake sticks on, when I turn switch on the brake comes on quickly like normal. however when I turn switch off or add throttle the brake remains on, even under full throttle, except no power or boost, and egt rise pretty quick. I tried to see if the butterfly in the brake was sticking but it dosen't seem to. It moves freely. could this be the electric/vacuum switch not turning off?

Most likely the solenoid is sticking.

If that doesn't do it call Pac, 800-663-0096, they are very helpful and have even provided free parts to me in the past.
