P-0336 error code

Yesterday morning my truck stumbled pretty hard after pulling out of the driveway. When I got to work I checked the error codes and it threw a P-2609 and a P-0336. Two weeks ago I got the P-2609, but it cleared and had not showed up again so I was not worried about the intake heater.

What worries me is the P-0336. It was about 35 degrees and the coils did not turn on. Would a stumble due to cold weather throw this code? I checked the sensor connections and did a quick visual check on the wire looms and they all looked good as new. Truck is low miles (36,800) and was scheduled for an oil and fuel filter change this weekend.

Thanks for the help,
Geno

Truck is an 2006 Cumins 2500 with Banks Power Pack (before they sold it with turbo mods and air intake/filter box)

Don't know about the warranty, honestly didn't even think about it. I bought the truck in July 2007 from my best friend's estate after he died. I know the local dealer in Rock Springs (Fremont Motors) takes about a month to get work out of.

Will the Banks Power Pack void a warranty? I don't usually flog the truck. I drive it hard at times, but rarely turn the tuner's selector switch off of one.

Went to lunch and the "Check Guages" light came on. All looked good except voltage was down at the low end of the normal range bar. Got back to the office and let her idle for a while and I never heard the regulator click on to charge.

Thinking this is what is causing me the intake heater code and in turn causing the stumble. Batteries are drained too low and not heating the air enough.

Are the regulators external?
