My truck has sarted shifting out of overdrive after 10 to 20 min of driving.If I let my foot out of it it will shift back only to downshift again until I finaly lose overdrive.Does this sound like the tps or something else?

If it was built in 1998 I could help you cause I have the same problem but sorry I dont know what to tell you about your truck.

 

I had that problem and it was a solenoid in the tranny.
I would think the 12 valve would still have much of the same electronics in the tranny, but then again, I'm not very smart. At least it's an idea.
