oil leak
Truck started leaking oil, lost a gallon, its coming from in between the power steering pump and the timing cover. Is there a seal and bearing on the shaft that drives the powersteering pump. My chiltons doesnt show anything. Is this an easy fix or what am I looking at? Thanks.

.....and in addition to the above link, what I did to aid in reassembly was to purchase a three inch stud the same thread size as the vac pump bolts. I put the stud in the top hole and use it as a guide to position and hold the vac pump and gasket in position. I also cut a slot in the end of the stud to aid in removing it. This is one of the jobs that I have found my topside creeper a godsend.

I ordered my kit from cummins today but wont be in until monday or tuesday. I found the seal and small o ring at napa, that all they say you need. Has anyone bought the gasket and large o ring at napa or anywhere else and maybe have part numbers? By the way I keep getting a p0236 and p0234. What sets these off? I keep erasing them and they keep showing back up. thanks
