nv4500 not going into gear

nv4500 not going into gear

just got done putting a clutch in and now i tried putting it into gear and it wont move other then going side to side like its in neutral but when i let out the clutch its in first gear. any help???

when you pull the top of trans off, it has to be in neutral. You will have to pull the top off and realign the gears.
