I have a 3500 ram and recently its had a hard time going into gear we replaced the clutch assembly in January and ran great until now. When i need to put it in gear and its parked i first have to shut the truck down then start it back up but then it basically just keeps moving even with the clutched pushed all the way to the floor its like there almost is no clutch. Thought it was the slave cylinder but when i got underneath the truck where the transmission connects there was 2 small round like metal fragments at the bottom of the clutch. if any one knows what this could be any advice is appreciated

 

If you see parts laying in there no option but to remove the clutch....
