Dualy wheels all Around?

If one was to put the adapters for a dually on the front and rear and run wheels off a dually would there be a issue of wearing out parts faster than normal. My hair brained idea is to run 19.5 rims and tires but the dually aluminiums are so much cheaper than non dual i am pondering it. Will it look different heck yeah. (why be normal). not looking to go dual in the rear just have the rear using a rim in the mounting style as the front.
Maybe one of the Photo chop masters could mock it up on a truck for an idea. Yeah I know i have to much time to think.

have you seen the trucks that do RR repair? they all are doing this so the tires can roll on the tracks.
