"No Bus" No Start

I have a '99 2500 and got off work today and went out to start my pickup. it started fine for about 1 second, then fell on its face. i first thaught it was airlocked for some reason so i cracked the first injector and went to turn the key on and my guages never came up and my quadzilla monitor never came on. i did the 3 key turn trick and a "no bus" message appeared in the odometer.

i called a friend and he said that in the fusebox inside the engine compartment there is a big relay with a drop screw that may have a bad connection. i cleaned it and still get the "no bus" message.

anybody have any ideas? Thanks.

You can check the IOD fuse in the fuse box inside the cab.
