I have a 2004 2500 ram with the cummins ho.
Just pulled my new toyhauler last week gross#11400 The trucj seemed like it did fine on the highway straightaways however climbing showed how much it hurt.

climbing i could only do 45mph in tow/haul with my foot buried. I came home and called the dealership who were cool about it and said come on in. They let me go back where the mechanics are and they ran there computer tests with the darvey {i think that is what it's called} everything came out fine except for 1 flash for the overhead giving false readings.

On a full tank of fuel i average 550 miles not towing anything.

Towing my trailer on a full tank i got 275 somethings wrong and i think dodge isn't going to figure it out. Any one have any ideas?

Now you need to fill in user PC at the top left side of the main page were you are from what gears you have in your truck is it 2x4 or 4x4, 1500, 2500 And the Lot. My truck back win was stock had not one problem pulling my toy hauler full of toys up the hills. How big a hill you talking?

Thanks Miles PH. I hope this is better. I guess I was a little excited to actually get the post sent off to hopefully get some answers. I'm at the point where i feel frustrated and feel like it's going to take a long time for dodge to figure out what's wrong. I called cummins who said they can throw the truck on the dino and put a load on it as if it was pulling a load. it is $250.00 out of my pocket when the truck is still under warranty.
