Need Help! Truck running really bad, P0192 maybe quad gauge related?

Ok the truck started running really bad, rough idle, hard starts, loss of power code P0192. I have also noticed that my fuel pressure reading has been all over the place, 0-17 psi fluctuations, when normally she sits around 16psi all the time.

From some research using the handy search button, I think perhaps it could be Quadzilla gauge related. Problem is I didnt install it and no instructions so I don't know exactly what it takes to take it off.

a few other things to add truck will seem to run fine after a couple of starts. Then once I leave the truck for about half an hour its a rough start and rough idle. Smarty tells me P0192 is fuel pressure sensor voltage low. Could I be on the right track assuming this could be quadzilla gauge related?
