Truck wont start, DTC p0191 p0192 p0193

05 2500 Laramie 4x4 106,000 miles
Yesterday, it ran, POORLY and NOISILY. This morning, it will not start and it throws DTC P0191 P0192 and P0193

That is all rail pressure sensor related. More than likely, replace the rail pressure sensor and your troubles will be gone.
