This is straight out of the book:

"On 2000 and newer models, the hub and bearing assembly is a sealed unit and is not serviceable or adjustable. The hub nut is not reusable."

Sorry man. I know it doesn't help, but was all I could find while looking for the nut size.

you don't need to remove the hub.. don't remove the nut unless you have to replace the hub (been there, done that)
the rotor should just come off after the calipers are removed... i used heat on mine.
a small propane torch is enough

Ok I'm not much of a 24 valve expert but aren't the two wheel drive bearings serviceable and the big nut does need to be removed to get at them up till 2000?
If it's similar to the 12 valves the big nut is 1-11/16"

Ok ive gotta remove the hub the bearings bad. so i have to buy the whole hub assambly? I see autozone has a bearing listed for the front will this work or is it for a 4wd? It just seems odd that you would make something non servicable such as a bearing
