Need help '05 2500...codes P2509 and P1749

Need help fast, I need to move my trailer for work and need my truck by 11/19 My truck is an '05 2500 auto 4x4 all stock except Edge Jw/A and 5" TBE, it only has 65K on it!

Here's the deal, I just towed my Jeep 1200 miles from TX to Las Vegas (where I now live). Truck ran great, towed fine. When I arrived I backed the trailer up to the garage door where I am storing my Jeep/trailer. After opening the garage door, I went back to the truck still idling and when I put it in reverse, it "spooled up like I was pushing go pedal", and does the same thing in drive. (RPM's do not change just loads up)

My attitude monitor was showing like 600+deg at idle and engine temp of like 222, which I knew was false. I shut the truck off at that point. I started truck to drive home, and as soon as I put it in drive and let off the brake I heard some clicking and the monitor went right back to 400deg at idle and eng. temp if 190.

I get home and CEL is on, codes I have are P2509 and P1749.

At this point, I have removed all battery contacts and cleaned everything.
Completely unhooked Edge programmer
I installed the updated GM Gov. solenoid and transducer about a month ago (which fixed my shutter 2-3shift)
I installed a new lock up/overdrive solenoid yesterday along with another new filter and fluid.
I unplugged the TTVA (which I thought the code P1749 reading low is from) and truck still has symptoms.

SO at this point I am about $350 in and still no luck. The batteries are the original Mopar batteries, but truck starts and runs fine. I will have them load tested Monday. I am on the fence about purchasing a new TTVA for about $200 and new batteries will be about $200 if I need them.

Does anyone know anything else to check? I had to drive truck today for about 10 miles total and never went over 40mph. It is definitly sluggish and I have to put it in neutral when I approach stop lights or it sounds like I am spooling up to race lol.

Could I have fried the ECM?
