lp replacment

Ok so my LP quit on me last night and today I bought a Holly red pump. Originaly I had intentions of relocating it but I need the truck by 5:30 tomorrow morning so I was going to skip that for now.

After I pulled the old LP off I discovered that the new holly wont fbolt up in the factory location ( Only one bolt matches up)

So it looks like I have no choice but to relocate it. Where can I go to get the fuel lines at and get them A.S.A.P how much will I need.

Oh and also would I be better off just going to fass and buying their kit?

thank you!

Could you drill a couple new holes in the bracket so that it will mount up?

That should be reliable for awhile and buy you time to buy a Vulcan 1/2" Big Line Kit and decide if you want to relocate the replacement lift pump or go with a FASS as well as give you time for them to get delivered.

You may want to order a set of gauges or at least a fuel pressure gauge while you are buying the other stuff.

I just had my injector pump replaced due to a failing lift pump. I ordered my gauges last week from Vulcan and will be installing them ASAP. They have some good prices on gauges and Eric is very helpful with answering questions and making some good suggestions.

Yep my gauges were suppose to have been ordered this weekend but with having to buy a new computer and then this now Im going to wait (just a few days) and order then hopefully when I get paid as long as nothing else happens lol.

Well we have it figured out now thanks to some helpfull guys I actually met off of this forum. And its actually going to end up costing me less than what this pump cost!!!!

thanks for all of the reply's
