Lost lift pump power

After letting my truck warm up for 15-20 minutes this morning I was about to take off for work and boom..... no fuel pressure. So I shut it down and turned the key on and listened for the whine of my FASS pump but heard nothing. Ended up taking my car to work and that basically sucked. Tonight I checked it out and found out it is not getting any power to it. I've got power from the batterys to the relay module and good continuity from the relay to my pump. The relay tested out fine but I'm not getting any power to actuate the relay with the key on. I'm not sure if this power is supplied by the IPM, FCM, or what?? I put in a new IPM/PDC about 4 months ago due to the infamous trailer lighting issues these trucks have. Maybe it's bad? I could put a switch in to manually turn it on or run a relay through the ignition switch but would rather fix the problem. Any ideas???

Thanks!!
