Leaking truck

I noticed when I started my truck up this morning, that I had a nice little stream of water coming INTO my cab. It quit after a minute or two. It looks like it was coming the right side of the cup holder at the very bottom. Somewhere from that area. I did take a trip up to College Station and back yest with the AC set on MAX all day. Please let me know what the deal is with this. Thanks yall.

Re:Leaking truck

Did you happen to notice when you had the air on all day if it was dripping outside. I just thought maybe your weep hole was plugged.

Re:Leaking truck

Gentlemen:
If a heater core is leaking into the cab, it will smell sweet (this is assuming you are running coolant in your engine and not plain water). You will know if it is leaking into the cab. Most of the time it is either a water leak from outside or the A/C drip tube is plugged with crap. Clean it out and violia you have no mo wet feet..
Parking on a wicked incline after running a/c may also wet the carpets. The evap boxes are not sealed at the seams (for servicing) HTH

Re:Leaking truck

It's not a sweet smell. I run coolant. I ran the AC today for bout 15 mins and there is not a speck of water on the ground. Where is the AC drain tube and how hard is it to clean? How do I clean it? Just ram something down it to unclog it?

Re:Leaking truck

Engine side of the firewall you should see a black spout about one inch long sticking out. (pass side lower part of firewall- find the a/c lines and where they go in should be right below this) This should be the drain. CAREFULLY poke around to see if leaves and debris have it clogged. Donot use anything sharp, you may puncture the evap, as it is made of aluminum. I have successfully vaccumed them out, as well as using some compressed air.

Re:Leaking truck

Thanks. I ran it on MAX for 30 mins and there was barely a spot of water on the ground. It hasn't leaked since but I'm going to try and see if I can clear it out anyways. Thanks for the help.
