Injector pump leaking....

My 91 Dodge 1Ton Ram 350 Turbo Diesel truck is leaking from the from what looks to be the front of the pump where the pump mounts. The bolt that is leaking is under a small line. It doesn't appear to be leaking in to the engine oil. It only leaks when running. WOT doesn't appear to change the leak rate.
Here is a picture.

Is there a seal right here to be changed?
The book I have truck has a poor diagram of the fuel injector pump. Any suggestions?
Does the pump have to be removed to change the seal if there is one?
I will have already put a wrench on the bolt but the small line needs to be removed and I don't have a wrench to remove it when it bolts in on top.

Thanks for any help.

From what I can see it looks like there is a little banjo bolt type washer with rubber thingy (technical term) there.

It is leaking from the bolt head underneath the line that has a banjo bolt on one end.

There seems to be an epidemic going around - that's the third one this week!

That permatex sealant with teflon works pretty well on threads where diesel is used. Maybe try re-sealing everything in there and adding some new crush washers from cummins?

Do not use any kind of sealant there! New o-rings (as described in the link) will fix it.

Thanks that thread it was very helpful. I will clean it some more and look at it again. But I think mine might be leaking from the 106,109,103 & 107, Hexagon nut, Governor Shaft, Washer, o-Ring. I will change the seals on the control valve since it would have to come off too. I hope it is the control valve leaking. From the break out diagram, it looks like i would have to remove the pump to get the o-ring on that govenor shaft. I will look closer in the morning. Thanks again
