inj pump rebuilt, bad mileage

I was wonering if anyone has ideas on this problem. I have a 95 w/12 valve, had the injector pump rebuilt. It had the TST fuel plate on it and now since the rebuild I am getting about 1/2 the mileage when pulling. I am wondering if they maybe didn't put the plate back or if something else could cause this problem.

Lets start with a few Q's

1.) Why was the P7100 rebuilt?

2.) Did they check the timing prior to pulling it, and is the timing the same as before?

3.) Clarify the MPG's, for instance it used to be 14 towing, 20 not, now its 7 towing, 18 not, etc.

4.) fill us in a bit more on your combination, tranny, gears, etc.

Once you have done those, I think you will be astounded at the sheer level of knowledge floating around the nooks and crannies here.
