Improper Throttle

For about a week or two I have experienced no throttle from time to time and this evening it progressed to start up going from 875 to 1100 on its own till I hit the accelerator pedal... What Can I Do HELP

What year vehicle are we referring too, as that will weigh heavily on the answers we give.

IF its a 24valve its sounds like a bad vp44. Try running the codes.

You can't get a doctor to diagnose you over the phone, let alone if you see the doctor and you don't give him any background as to wht may be causing the issue. I think based on the limited information you have provided, there may be something wrong with your TPS. Are there any codes, if so please report them.
