Unhappy I Keep Blowing Fuses

In my 350 I keep blowing the 30amp fuses that runs the running lights and horn. I found some wires alittle melted so I replaced as much of the wire as I could. Before the guy had a self resetting fuse and that was what made the wire melt. So I keep throwing stadard 30amp fuses in and it keeps throwing them back out. Any help?!

From: North Carolina or Kentucky. Take your pick
Sounds like haven't replaced enough wire yet. Check running lights and horn by disconnecting and see if problem stops.

Check the cigarette lighter outlet for a dime.
