Moisture in the doors?

Just a stab in the dark.

Sounds a lot like a short in the system somewhere.

Well I can't find anything out of the ordinary,I took the door panels off and it is bone dry in there,I do know the fuse gets pretty warm.
When I first got the truck in Jan. 2000 I had a problem with fuses under the hood kept blowing, they replaced the fuse box under the hood and problem went away.
May have to take it to the dealer to get it fixed..

Hey Dave

I would squeeze the wires where they go from the door to the cab and see if that may be a cause of your troubles. It worrys me a little bit that the dealer had to replace the whole fuse box to find a short in the system somewhere. By the sounds of it they didnt really find the problem and instead they maybe just moved the wires around causing the problem to go away for awile. Need to move some of the wire harnesses around near the fuse panel to and watch the fuse to see if it pops again.

Good Luck

Jason

Well the problem before was because I was blowing the engine module fuse,so the truck would not run,but after they changed out the box the problem went away, but never had any problems with the other fuses.

Had the same prolbem with my truck after I first got it found out it was a wire rubbing on the clutch assembley under the dash (grounding out) Check under the dash have e look around at all the wires and see if you can see anything. Could be in the wiring harness so look carefully
