holley blue install problem

Angry holley blue install problem

hi guys just tried installing my holley blue fuel pump.it came witha regulator.the regulator has 3 openings.it says out on each side and in on the bottom.in the manual it says you can install it on the run and the botom hole is for the return line.i got it in and powered up and itt wont go under 14psi,ive played with the regulator turning the adjustment in and out and no diference.do i have it plumbed wrong???when i bump the started i see 25 psi and thats to much,**** junk.

Well, my Holley "black" be by Thursday and I'll be putting it in on Friday. I'll be looking for info and will provide any points I can come up with then.
