HELP!! Truck wont start!

HELP!!! This morning I checked the valve (water separator) on the fuel filter like I do periodically, but this time alot of fuel came out. I forgot about it and later went to leave and the truck ran for about 3 seconds and then died and wouldn't start back. What do I need to do? I'm guessing I have air in the lines but since I am new to diesels I dont know. Please help ASAP!

Turn your key forward and bump the starter but, don't crank it. You should hear you lift pump kick on and refill your fuel filter. Then get a 3/4 inch open end wrench and unscrew you #1 injector. Crank on it until fuel or the truck wants to start. Tighten back the injector and start the truck. While you are cranking the truck put the pedal on the floor.
