help with superchips

tried to install superchips and truck will not start

Tried to install it or it is installed and now it won't start?

Check your connections - one of them probably isn't seated properly.

no i was installing it and when it was completed the truck just turned over, would not fire, so i disconected the battery for a few minutes and tried it again and it worked
