If you aren't running normal voltage, it may affect it, but when my alternator went out and I had to drive it 250 miles home with dead batteries I didn't notice any difference. If you don't like it dropping down a gear, get a set of governor springs and you will LOVE it when it downshifts But, at least you are back to working again. Wonder when mine will go...

Kandgo: Thanks for the help, but thats really not my problem. It will stay locked while im cruising, but when i try to accelerate much, it wants to kick out. I dont really think its an electrical problem, it is just doing it because it was made to.

Crimedog: Do you have a 3k GSK. I Have been aiming to get some for a while. I hope to goodness they have them for sale up at Scheid, because if they do, I promise you that if they arent much more than the $125 ive seen them for, i WILL buy a set. Everyone who has them loves them, and i need them some something awful. Right now on the matt in drive it will crank maybe 2400rpm, and in park, maybe 2900rpm. Im hoping it will pull fairly hard to about 3k rpm when i get the GSK in. I figure for $125 it would be well worth it.

Thanks again

Eric
