Help! No Lights

Hey guys, got in my truck and fired it up this am.....first thing i notice is i dont have any lights for my instrument cluster IE tach, speedo etc.
Then I notice I have no marker lights, parking lights or the back tail lights.....

I do have headlights, interior lights, blinkers (front and rear) and brake lights....

I checked all the fuses in cab and under dash cant find a burnt out one to save my life......

I noticed that the headlight swich pulls straight out like its supposed to but if you wiggle it around in a circle.....It is very loose.....

Can anyone help me? I need a fix by tonight as I am suppossed to go to north Washington from here in utah and i have to have lights...

Thanks in advance, Zack

PS...Im active duty, driving around on base the MP's are real nit picky so I could really use some help.

You could pull the module out and see if all the wiring is intact going into the plug. The switch itself isn't that expensive (paid 30 bucks at Autozone for it).

As for the MPs. One of those flags with a couple of stars on it should do the trick.

Auto Zone MAY let you test the new switch before pulling the trigger on the purchase. Might be an easy way to determine if it's the switch or not.

I had the same problem

It was a short in the harness in the frame near the back of the truck. B**ch to find but it was grounding out my feed for the dash lights as well.

Thanks guys it was the switch 47.10 at the dodge house,

17.99 at autozone........Somehow the connector that connects to the top of the switch had gotten hot over time and screwd up everything inside the old switch......

Thanks for your inputs.

Usually too much current going thru that circuit. If you pull a trailer, make sure the trailer tail light circuit pulls the power from the trailer tow relay, and not thru the headlight switch.
