Crank several injector lines , usually I just do the easy ones to get to, and crank until you get a pretty good stream of fuel. The tighten them back up. Should start and run rough for a bit, then smooth out. You can also try cranking some more, but careful not to get the starter too hot.

If you dont have a fuel pressure guage - changing fuel filters is a great way to find out that your lift pump is dead.

Do you have a fuel pressure guage? Are you seeing any pressure at all?

If you have pressure, you are air bound and need to crack injectors...(#1, 4 and 5). If ou dont have fuel pressure, then its time for a lift pump upgrade.

Good luck.

If needed, get a Raptor. Factory replacement just doesn't give you any extra fuel, is unreliable and expensive. For just a little bit more money, you can buy a reliable, higher performace Raptor.

Happend to a friend a few months ago. 4 year old fuel filter. I ended up having to bleed all lines( plus checking for pressure) I had to crack all 6 lines at the injectors,(one at a time) then she fired up and purred like a kitten...

Ditto on the Raptor - if you can swing the few extra bucks get the big boy with the filters.

I would loosen the top on the fuel filter first, then turn key to run, repeat until fuel comes out the filter top, quick tighten on the cap, then key to run, then try to fire it..... take it easy on the batteries or you will kill them faster than you get it running, hope you have jumper cables and a sturdy steed ready to give you a boost to get it running, last resort is crackin an injector line stay well clear of fuel comin out, it can come out at a lethal force.

Its easy, but i would go through the procedures Mikmaze said, ( kinda what i did) Nothin worked so i cracked one injector line at a time. Once cracked, turn motor over and fuel should squirt out, tighten and go to the next. Piece of cake.
