HELP! Bushings on front Bilstein shocks?

Supposed to be a 10 minute job but I don't have a clue what to do with these parts. They are nothing like what came off the old shocks.

thanks

Big washer on the shaft, then the steel sleeve, then the rubber bit with the smaller hole through it over the sleeve, with the flat side against the washer. Once you get that in place in the truck (through the shock tower) then the mating rubber piece, the other flatwasher, then the nut.

Ah, thank you so much. I think I may have the rubbers reversed on the left side but rubber on both sides of the tower and the steel sleeve inside makes sense. Instructions to fall back on would be nice. They better ride nice because I'm not liking Bilstein too much at the moment

thanks again
