Hard starting 1838 uniloader need some help

Hard starting 1838 uniloader need some help

We have a Case 1838 uniloader with a Kubota diesel.It starts ok cold but wont start after its warmed up. Would you guys have any suggestions on what to check,thanx alot

My 2 cents: leaking injectors. Do diesels flood and refuse to start?

I dont see them leaking externally

If your kubota is like most, it should have a 12VDC lift pump, that looks much like a fuel filter. its a plunger style pump. I have seen kubotas have warm start problems if this pump goes out. Also, check for hot areas on the inlet side, if there is a high spot in the lines.
