Grabbing Brakes

Hi everyone,
I've got a brake that grabs like hell on the front left side of the truck, she pulls like no tomorrow when I hit the brakes even just a little... The other day I was driving along on an icy hiway and the moron in front of me decided to stop right where he was... I managed to avoid him but only just. What could be causing this as I just had the entire front end done, including new brakes (rotors, pads, cylinders, etc.) Could it be they didn't bleed one side enough? Wish I had air brakes on my truck.......
Thanks for any help you guys might have.
Re:Grabbing Brakes

The brake shop should have bled the brakes from the wheel cylinder/calipers back, not from the master cylinder down. If the brakes are not properly bled, the antilock and proportioning valves may not properly center. They will even sometimes trap air in one side and cause one or the other side to lock.
